It’s almost Easter time so why not do a special Easter chocolate workshop with our favourite Vegan Chocolatier Lisette Armstrong, following on from last month’s workshop. If you register you will gain access to that workshop as well.
 
This Easter workshop is great for either the beginner to intermediate level. We will be showing you how to make perfect Easter bunnies and eggs. This workshop will cover the following techniques:
  • How to prepare and temper your chocolate
  • How to shell and join your chocolates
  • How to use lustre colours or colours to decorate your chocolate
I will also be recording this workshop so you can watch it at anytime.

Vegan Lamingtons

Aren’t these the cutest little cakes! Lamingtons originated in Australia. Sources says they were named after either Lord Lamington, who served as Governor of Queensland from 1896 to 1901, or his wife, Lady Lamington. They are a very easy cake to create and this vegan recipe tastes better than the original version.

This recipe is a vegan butter cake, chocolate sauce, coconut, simple buttercream and homemade strawberry jam.
