Vegan French Almond Cream


  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 0 makes about 3/4 cup 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 100 g vegan butter (at room temp)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g almond meal
  • 20 g corn flour or chickpea flour mixed with 1 tbs soy milk

Instructions

  1. Place butter and sugar into bowl and mix together using a spatular until combined and fluffy
  2. Add meal and chickpea milk and mix together until combined
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
